User Service Agreement
I. Definition of the Nature of the Service
- This platform is only a neutral online technical tool service provider, providing users with purely technical tool services such as document download, resource sharing, whiteboard drawing, real-time collaboration, cloud storage, and online screen casting.
- This platform is not an out-of-school online training institution or an educational and teaching service organization. It does not independently organize teaching activities, sell courses, arrange instruction, facilitate teacher-student matching, collect teaching-related fees, or engage in subject-based or non-subject-based education and training operations.
II. Users' Independent Responsibility for Qualifications
- Any teaching user (teacher) who uses the tools of this platform to provide instruction, deliver teaching explanations, share knowledge, or engage in similar activities is solely responsible for their own professional qualifications, teaching credentials, teaching licenses, and business compliance.
- The platform has no obligation or responsibility to review or verify a teaching user's teacher qualification certificate, professional credentials, school-running permit, training filing, or other qualification documents, and makes no warranty as to the lawfulness or compliance of any user's individual teaching conduct.
- If users' offline or online teaching and training activities require corresponding administrative filing or qualification approval, users shall complete such procedures with the competent authorities themselves; this is unrelated to the platform.
III. Attribution of Responsibility for Content and Conduct
- All user-created and user-published content, including content written on the whiteboard, courseware materials, voice explanations, screen shares, and communications, is independently created and controlled by the users who operate and use the tools.
- Users undertake not to use this tool to create or disseminate content that is illegal, infringing, vulgar, contrary to public order and good customs, or non-compliant with educational regulation requirements. Users shall bear full legal responsibility for all consequences arising therefrom, including infringement, complaints, administrative penalties, and civil disputes.
- If users provide teaching services to minors, they must comply on their own with the Regulations on the Protection of Minors in Cyberspace, the "Double Reduction" policy, and education industry regulatory requirements, and fulfill obligations such as guardian notification and age-appropriate control. The platform only provides basic tools and assumes no extended regulatory responsibility.
IV. Platform Disclaimer
- The platform bears no joint, supplementary, or fallback liability for third-party conduct carried out by users with the help of this tool, including personal teaching, business operations, or profit-making.
- All losses arising from users' non-compliant use of the tool, unlicensed teaching, or non-compliant content — including cybersecurity penalties, rectification requirements from education authorities, complaints, and claims for damages — shall be borne by the users themselves.
V. Basic Account Compliance Requirements
- Users agree to comply with national network laws and regulations and to cooperate in completing account real-name verification (phone number verification), which is used solely for account security and network real-name system compliance. This verification is only an account management requirement and is not a review of teaching qualifications.
- The platform has the right to rate-limit or ban non-compliant content and accounts, retain logs, and cooperate with public security, cyberspace administration, and cybersecurity regulatory authorities in lawful inquiries and evidence collection.
